My Quick Everyday Home Workout (Without Weights!)


I thought I would like to share with you my current quick, everyday home workout that doesn’t USE any weights. I made sure that there were no weights needed for this particular workout so that everyone can do it, whether you have access to gym equipment or not. But you can easily use weights if you want to!


So here is the workout, and I made sure that there was a combination of exercises that strengthen a particular part of your body. (You can also alter the amount or length of each exercise to make it easier or harder). Here it goes!

  • 20 crunches

  • 20 squats

  • 20 pushups

  • 15 fire hydrants each leg

  • 20 butt raises

  • 10 burpees (chest to ground)

  • 30 seconds of fast running on the spot


  • 15 leg lifts on the ground

  • 10 front support twists each arm

  • 15 lunges each leg

  • 20 ankle raises 

  • 50 mountain climbers

  • 20 russian twists with feet raised

  • 20 donkey kicks on hands and knees (each leg)

  • 10 burpees (chest to ground)

  • 30 seconds of fast running on the spot


That is my go to quick, weightless workout that I currently do as often as I can. It may seem a bit difficult to you but it is because I have been working out and doing strength since I was 5 (for gymnastics), so I am used to difficult, high intensity workouts.
